A tribute for Walt Frazier

Walter 'Clyde' Frazier was born on March 29,1945 and he played basketball from 1967 until 1980 and he played for New York Knicks and for Cleveland Cavaliers.Walt played for Knicks from 1967 until 1977.Walt played with big superstars like Willis Reed and Patrick Ewing.In 1970 season Walt wanted to play with Willis Reed because he was the 'boss'.Walt scored a lot of points in that match and when he saw Willis he had a lot of confidence and finally they won Lakers in 1970 and won their first NBA Championship.With Frazier Knicks won the NBA Title in 1970 and in 1973.He was very good player and especially with Patrick Ewing.Together were awesome.Also Walt Frazier was very good at defence.The strange thing was that Walt was an offencive player but during his basketball he realised that he was also good in defence.He did a 'dozen' of steals during his basketball career because he had small and quick and that was very good.For him(laughs).Now Frazier is an announcer of New York Knicks and he is responsible about the uniforms of New York Knicks.Fraziel won a lot of awards during his basketball career and after it.These awards are:2x NBA Champion,7x NBA All-Star,1x NBA All-Star Game MVP,4x All-NBA First Team,2x All-NBA Second Team,7x NBA All-Defensive First Team,NBA All-Rookie First Team,he is in NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and he is NBA Hall of Famer.That was the nba superstar and one of the greatest players in NBA history,Walt Frazier!!

Robert Keith Horry Jr. was born on August 25,1970 and he played basketball from 1992 until 2008 and he played for Houston Rockets,for Phoenix Suns,for Los Angeles Lakers and for San Antonio Spurs.Robert was an awesome shooter and a very important player.When he went to Houston Rockets he won one championship with Olajuwon,Drexler and Maxwell.He played for Rockets from 1992 until 1996.In 1996 Horry went to Phoenix Suns for one year and he was good with Charles Barkley.In 1997 Horry went to Los Angeles Lakers for six years.In 2002 West Conference against Sacramento Kings Horry did the lost shot and Lakers won Sacramento and NBA Finals.In 2003 Horry went to San Antonio Spurs and there was awesome.In NBA 2005 Finals versus Detroit Pistons Ginobili gave a pass to Horry and he did the lost shot and finally Spurs became NBA Champions.Duncan says that Horry doesn't want to 'shine' and he keeps his energy for the hard moments and if was a Grami for last shots Horry was the winner.Horry won some awards during his basketball career and these are:7x NBA Champion,NBA All-Rookie Second Team.That was the NBA superstar and an upcoming legend,Robert Horry!!

Clyde Austin "Clyde The Clide"Drexler was born on June 22,1962 played basketball from 1983 until 1998 and he played for Portland Trail Blazers and for Houston Rockets.Drexler went to the University of Houston and here met his best friend Hakeem Olajuwon.Here Olajuwon and Drexler created a team named "Phi Slama Jama".The first team of Drexler was Portland Trail Blazers and he was very good.He played there from 1983 until 1995.Then he went to Houston Rockets for three years,from 1995 until 1998.There he played with his best friend Hakeem Olajuwon and together took the NBA Championship in season 1995.And i will tell you how.Drexler throws a shoot and Olajuwon did a follow and from that moment Houston Rockets had already took the NBA Championship in 1995.Drexler had a special style.He was speed and he was quiet but he wasn't a good shooter.Drexler with Hakeem Olajuwon were great together.Also Drexler was very good at blocks,steals and assists.Drexler is one of the greatest players of all time and now he is the man who chosethe uniform of Houston Rockets these seasons.Drexler won a lot of awards and these are:1x NBA Champion,10x NBA All-Star,1x All-NBA First Team(Selection),2x All-NBA Second Team(Selection),2x All-NBA Third Team(Selection),he is in NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and he is NBA Hall of Famer.That was the NBA Superstar and one of the greatest players in NBA History,Clyde Drexler!!

Larry Joe Bird was born on December 7,1956 and he played basketball from 1979 until 1992 and he played only for Boston Celtics.Bird is the best shooter in NBA hisotry.Larry Bird when he came to the NBA he met his rival from NCAA Magic Johnson.In 1980 Bird was the Rookie of the Year.Bird and Celtics took the NBA Championship in 1981 and in 1984 Bird and Celtics took the NBA Championship by winning Lakers.That season Bird won the NBA Finals MVP.Also Bird won the MVP award of that season.In 1985 Bird and Celtics lost by Johnson and Lakers but that year Bird won the MVP award.On March 12,1985 Boston Celtics played with Atlanta Hawks in New Orleans and Bird scored 60 points.In 1986 Bird took a help from the NBA Hall of Famer,Bill Walton.The rival team of Boston Celtics wasn't Lakers but,Houston Rockets.Bird,Walton and Parish was an awesome team.Bird and Celtics finally won Rockets and Bird won the NBA Finals MVP award.That year Bird also won the MVP award.In 1988 season Magic and Lakers won Bird and Celtics and Bird said that Johnson is the greatest basketball player in NBA history.From 1997 until 2000 Bird was the coach of Indiana Pacers and now is the president of Indiana Pacers.Larry Bird is the best shooter in NBA history and he has a 'dozen'of awards and these are:3x NBA Champion,3x MVP,12x NBA All-Star,9x All-NBA First Team,All-NBA Second Team,3x NBA All-Defensive Second Team,NBA Rookie of the Year,NBA All-Rookie First Team,NBA All-Star Game MVP,3x Three-point Shootout Champion,he is in NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team,NBA Coach of the Year,he is NBA Hall of Famer and he has won many awards.That was the NBA Legend and the greatest shooter of all time in NBA History,Larry Bird!!

Hakeem Abdul Olajuwon was born on January 21,1963 and he played basketball from 1984 until 2002.He played for Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors.Olajuwon is the best Center of all time.His best teamates and friends are Ralph Sampson and Clyde Drexler.Hakeem Olajuwon is from Nigeria.He went to the University of Houston and here created his own team with Ralph Sampson and Clyde Drexler and called "Phi Slama Jama".In 1984 Olajuwon went to Houston Rockets and be the Center of them.In 1994 won the MVP award.Olajuwon and Sampson called together "The Twin Towers" because they were very tall and together were an awesome team.In 1994 Olajuwon won the NBA Championship with Houston Rockets and he won the MVP award,the MVP finals award and the Defensive Player of the year award.And he is the only player in NBA who won these awards in the same season.In 1995 Olajuwon led Rockets to their second continuous Championship with his special basketball abilities.And in 1995 the coach of Houston Rockets Rudy Tomjanovich said the historical phrase "Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion."Olajuwon is the best Center of all time.Also Michael Jordan said"If i had to pick a center[for an all-time best team],I would take Ojajuwon.That leaves out Shaq,Patrick Ewing.It leaves out Wilt Chamberlain.It leaves out a lot of people.And the reason i would take Olajuwon is very simple:he is so versatile because of what he can give you from that position.It's not just his scoring,not just his rebounding or not just his blocked shots.People don't realize he was in the top seven in steals.He always made great decisions on the court.For all facets of the game,I have to give it to him."Also Hakeem Olajuwon has won a lot of awards and these are:2x NBA Champion,1x MVP,2x NBA Finals MVP,12x NBA All-Star,2x NBA Defensive Player of the year,6x All-NBA First Team,3x All-NBA Second Team,3x All-NBA Third Team,5x All-Defensive First Team,4x All-Defensive Second Team,NBA All-Rookie Team,he is in NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and he is NBA Hall of Famer.He was the NBA superstar and my favourite player of all time,Hakeem Olajuwon!!!!

William Felton "Bill" Russell was born on February 12,1934 is one of the greatest players of all time.He played for 13 seasons from 1956 until 1969 for the team Boston Celtics.He brought to Boston Celtics eleven championships.In 1969 he became the coach of Boston Celtics.After 1 year Russell and his won the championship in the last quarter.So... i will tell you the story.Bill Russell wanted to do the last reset on the game,because he thought that will do it right.But when he grabbed the ball he threw it to the panel.After the timaout of Celtics Bill Russell said"Hey craftys we must to something(laughs)".And when a palyer of Philadelphia Sixers did the reset John Havlicek stole the ball and Boston Celtics won their eleventh championship.Bill Russell was and is an awesome NBA player and he has won a lot of awards.30 awards but i am boring to write them but i can say that is 11x nba champion and 5x MVP.That was the nba superstar Bill Russell.

Lee "Bob" Pettit Jr. was born on December 12,1932.He played basketball from 1954 until 1965.He played 11 seasons in the NBA,all with Milwaukee/St. Louis Hawks.In 1958 Bob Pettit won the NBA championship with the Milwaukee Hawkls versus the Boston Celtics of Bob Cousy.Bob Pettit was one of the greatest NBA players of all time.Also Bob Pettit has won a lot of awards in his career and these are:NBA champion,2x NBA MVP,4x NBA All-Star Game MVP,11x NBA All-Star,NBA Rookie of the year,10x NBA All-First Team,2x NBA Scoring Champion,he is NBA hall of famer,he is in 50th Anniversary All Time Team and he is in 25th Anniversary Team and also he is in 35th Anniversary and more awards.That was the NBA superstar Bob Pettit.

George Mikan was born in June 18,1924.Mikan was nicknamed Mr.Basketball and he was a very good player.He played for Chicago American Gears of NBL at 1946 and at 1947.Mikan played after 1947 for Minneapolis Lakers on the NBL until 1956.When Mikan was playing at Lakers all the fans of this team want to see only Mikan.With his awesome way of playing basketball he bringed Lakers 5 championships in 6 years.After 1 year became the coach of Minneapolis Lakers for 1 year and he got out of NBA.The number of his flannel was 99.His position was C.In 1959 he became hall of famer.Also he won many awards and these awards are:5x NBA Champion,2x NBL Champions,1x NBA All-Star MVP and many awards.Unfortunately he died June 1,2005.But now i will show you images and videos of the legend George Mikan.
